Vacation Bible School 2014 Success!!!
VBS for 2014 is completed! We had many wonderful volunteers and many donations from lots of awesome people that allowed us to create a very exciting and memorable environment for the kids. We learned that Jesus' Love is One-of-a-Kind and no matter what "Jesus Loves You!"
We will update the site shortly with pictures from our week which parents can feel free to download and keep.
On Sunday June 29th we will invite all the children and their parents to the 10AM service for the kids to perform the dances they learned to two of our favorite songs and after the service we will have Fellowship hall decorated with examples of what the kids learned and made this week.

VBS MISSIONS
This year at Weird Animals VBS, the children and volunteers partnered with Operation Kid-to-Kid to raise money to provide safe water for school children in India. Around the World, nearly a billion people lack access to safe water. In parts of India, families may walk several miles each day to get water that is still not clean. For just $2.50, a child in India can have clean water for a year at school - plus a clean bathroom and a place to wash their hands every day! Every time the children made a donation at VBS, they got to drop a blue water droplet balloon into a giant water glass to remind them of the refreshing safe drinks we are going to give kids in India. Over the week, we raised a total of $81.00, which will provide 32 kids with fresh and available water for the year! The kids also supported alocal mission project - the Sharon Church Food Pantry. Approximately 65 items were collected over the week for the food pantry. What a great way to pour out God's love! A big thank you to all of thefamilies for their generous donations. Please keep praying for the families in our community and in India!
